NdFeB has extremely high magnetic energy product and correction force, and the advantages of high energy density make NdFeB permanent magnet materials widely used in modern industry and electronic technology, so that instrumentation, electroacoustic motors, magnetic separation magnetization and other equipment miniaturization, lightweight, thinning is possible. The advantages of NdFeB are high cost performance and good mechanical properties; The disadvantage is that the Curie temperature point is low, the temperature characteristics are poor, and it is easy to pulverize and corrode, and it must be improved by adjusting its chemical composition and adopting surface treatment methods to meet the requirements of practical applications.
The third generation of rare earth permanent magnet NdFeB is the strongest permanent magnet in contemporary magnets, its main raw materials are rare earth metal neodymium 29%-32.5%, metal element iron 63.95-68.65%, non-metallic element boron 1.1-1.2%, a small amount of dysprosium 0.6-1.2%, niobium 0.3-0.5%, aluminum 0.3-0.5%, copper 0.05-0.15% and other elements.
NdFeB permanent magnet materials are permanent magnet materials based on the intermetallic compound RE2FE14B. The main components are rare earth (Re), iron (Fe), boron (B). Among them, rare earth ND in order to obtain different properties can be partially replaced by dysprosium (Dy), praseodymium (Pr) and other rare earth metals, iron can also be partially replaced by cobalt (Co), aluminum (Al) and other metals, boron content is small, but it plays an important role in the formation of tetragonal crystal structure intermetallic compounds, so that the compounds have high saturation magnetization strength, high uniaxial anisotropy and high Curie temperature.
Process flow: batching→ smelting ingot/belt throwing→ milling→ pressing → sintering, tempering→ magnetic detection→ grinding processing→ pin cutting processing→ electroplating → finished products. Among them, ingredients are the foundation, and sintering and tempering are the key.
